DG Mario Andino from District 4240 invited George and me to attend their annual conference that celebrates a successful Rotary year. We met with and had some wonderful times with fellow Rotarians and spouses from all 4 southern Central American countries: El Salvador, Nicaragra, Costa Rica and Panama. The sessions were comparable to ours and portrayed their initiatives. Not only did we sit in on all of their sessions but it gave us an opportunity to discuss future potential joint ventures between the 2 Districts.
The photo above was taken just before our D7010 GSE team to D4240 did their presentation. Their presentation was excellent and made us very proud. Everyone will have the opportunity to see and hear them at our D7010 conference in Muskoka in September! Thank you Doug, Kim, Alicia, Mark & Curt.
This photo was taken at one of the evening celebrations. It is of a group of Salvadorian Interactors from a fairly new and active Club. They want to connect with a Canadian Interact group on the internet and possibly in time work together on a project.
